Bachelor unit
The bachelor units offer a bedroom/living area, private bathroom and kitchenette. Six of these units are situated on the ground floor, each with its own private garden.
One-bedroom unit
The one-bedroom units are all situated on the ground floor and are ideal for couples. Each offers a bedroom, separate living area, bathroom, kitchenette and small private garden.

Healthcare & optional add-ons
A part-time professional nurse is on duty during the week and two carers on duty per 12-hour shift to ensure the following amongst others and at no extra cost:
• That support services are available on a continuous basis.
• To keep residents comfortable and to organise medical support in a medical emergency.
• To respond to panic buttons.
• Information sessions on relevant healthcare and healthy living topics.
Additional healthcare services available at an extra cost:
• Home-based care.
• Basic clinic services such as blood pressure, blood sugar and wound care.
• Administration of medication.
